What is TBC?

Have you ever wondered why people lose weight and gain it all back? Usually it's because they have only addressed one part of a much bigger problem.

TBC focuses on the human body as a whole, to help you reach and maintain the results you deserve.

Human beings are made up of much more then just a body; we're made up of three things:
Mind, Body, & Soul. TBC addresses all three of these for lasting results.

Mind: We'll work together to break through any limiting beliefs that are stopping you from reaching your true vitality and fitness potential. I'll also help keep you on track with your goals, while keeping you accountable to the commitment you've made to yourself for success.



Body: I'll work with you to create a  leaner, healthier and more balanced body. We'll work with integrative training techniques and focus on: stability, strength, power, core, cardio and flexibility training. I'll help you push past your limitations for maximal benefits.

 

 

Soul: I’ll help you implement ways to feel good about your body. It is essential to your success that you discover ways to feel good about your body now; don't wait until your body is "perfect" to do what you need to do in order to have the body you want. Instead I'll help you BE, DO, and HAVE (BE who you long to be, so you can DO what you need to do to HAVE the body you deserve)


 

How do I know this?

In the past I neglected my health and fitness. I knew something was missing in my life and that my body deserved better. I decided to do something about it and began working with a personal trainer. I was amazed with the improvements I saw and felt in my body and the effect the training had on my life, inside and out.

And now I'm truly greatful and excited to be able to share what I've learned with you.
